The Founder
Kafui Kutsinyah envisions an organization that sees other organizations' challenges as opportunities to help make a difference. An organization where the culture of growth, continuous learning, and excellence becomes the standard. A place to bring your best selves, challenge the status quo, question things, help usher new paradigms, and strive towards perfection even though it eludes us.
With nearly two decades of professional practice, Kafui brings expertise in enterprise strategy development and execution, project and product portfolio management, and operations excellence and management across diverse sectors including consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, finance, education, NGOs, and technology. Additionally, he is the founder of a continental group at his alma mater and possesses a deep understanding of geopolitics spanning various regions worldwide.
Kafui holds a Master's degree in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University, a Bachelor's (Hons.) in Finance from Rutgers University, and four certifications related to Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma-Continuous Improvement. He is also a prolific author, known for his insightful articles on Strategy and Project Management, Strategy and Location, and Misunderstanding of Leadership
